The Service lists events, venues, and lodging providers operated by third parties. Event names, organization names, venue names, logos, and other trademarks displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the event or venue a listing relates to. Their appearance on the Service does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners unless We state otherwise. Event details, dates, venue information, and lodging information are supplied by event organizers, by members, or by public sources, and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm event and lodging details with the event organizer or lodging provider directly. If You believe material on the Service infringes Your copyright or trademark, please contact us at support@crashwith.com.

Views Expressed Disclaimer

The Service may contain views and opinions which are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of any other author, agency, organization, employer, or company, including the Company. Content submitted by users - including listings, listing guidelines and preferences, profile information, messages, testimonials, and member-submitted event information - is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it, and those users take full responsibility and liability for any libel or litigation that results from it. The Company is not liable for any user-submitted content and reserves the right to remove, withhold, or edit any user-submitted content for any reason whatsoever.

No Responsibility Disclaimer

The information on the Service is provided with the understanding that the Company is not herein engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice and services. As such, it should not be used as a substitute for consultation with professional accounting, tax, legal, or other competent advisers. CrashWith Platform-Specific Disclaimers

The following disclaimers are specific to the CrashWith platform and room sharing services:

• Alpha Release: This is an alpha release and there may be bugs, incomplete features, or service interruptions. If you find any issues, please report them to us at support@crashwith.com or on Discord
• We Are Not a Party to Your Arrangement: CrashWith is a platform that connects attendees of conventions, festivals, concerts, and similar events for room sharing purposes. We are not a hotel, lodging provider, travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent, and We are not a party to the lodging reservation or to the room share arrangement between a Room Captain and a Room Guest. The Room Captain holds the underlying reservation and is responsible for it. Your agreement about the space itself is with the other member, not with Us.
• Liability Disclaimer: Except for the specific commitments We make in the Room Captain Agreement, the Room Guest Agreement, and the CrashGuard program terms, We do not guarantee the safety of arrangements or the outcome of any shared accommodation. Users are responsible for their own safety and decisions when using this service.
• What Verification Does and Does Not Establish: Reservation verification means staff reviewed documentation a Room Captain submitted for a listing at a point in time. Identity verification is performed by Stripe as part of payout onboarding, is currently available only for Room Captains in the United States, and may not be available to every user. Neither check is a background check, a criminal-history check, or a character reference, and neither guarantees that a reservation will still exist at the time of the event, that a listing is accurate, or that another user will behave as promised. We do not independently verify most information members provide about themselves or their listings.
• User Responsibility: By using CrashWith, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and respectfully. You are responsible for verifying the identity and intentions of other users before making any arrangements. We strongly recommend meeting in public spaces first and using your best judgment.
• Age Restriction: This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using CrashWith, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• Data Usage: Your personal information may be used to facilitate connections between users. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot guarantee the actions of other users with whom you choose to share information.
• No Guarantees of a Match: CrashWith does not guarantee that you will find suitable roommates or accommodation, and We do not endorse any particular listing or member. Apart from the commitments described in the Room Captain Agreement, the Room Guest Agreement, and the CrashGuard program terms, We do not assume responsibility for arrangements made through our platform.
• CrashGuard Is Not Insurance: CrashGuard is a refund and payment-protection program offered by CrashWith. It is not insurance, it is not underwritten by an insurer, and it does not create an insurance policy or an insured relationship. It is a contractual commitment by CrashWith, subject to the coverage levels, exclusions, and claim process described in the CrashGuard program terms and the Room Guest Agreement. The coverage level a Guest selects governs refunds when the Guest cancels. If the Room Captain fails to provide the space, a Guest who paid through CrashWith is refunded in full at every coverage level, including None.
• Payments: Payments between members are processed by Stripe. Room share payments move from the Room Guest to the Room Captain through Stripe Connect; CrashWith does not hold those funds and collects only its platform fee and any CrashGuard amount. Reservation verification fees are paid to CrashWith. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payments You make or receive.
• Message Screening: Messages sent through CrashWith are automatically screened for signs of fraud and abuse. A message may be flagged with a warning to its recipient, or withheld from the recipient pending review by staff. Staff may read messages in the course of that review or when investigating a report. Screening is automated and imperfect - it may miss a scam and it may flag a legitimate message - and it is not a substitute for your own judgment.
