    A: Send an email to support@crashwith.com and include the following information:
    • State somewhere in the email that you are requesting a refund under the Reservation Payout Assurance Benefit.
    • The name of the Room Captain
    • The name of the Guest
    • The reason for the cancellation
  • Q: How long does it take to get the refund?

    A: The refund is typically processed within 24 hours of the Guest cancelling the reservation. However, it may take longer depending on the payment method used.
