A: Yes. The Reservation Payout Assurance is optional. Equivalently, transacting using CrashWith is optional. If the payment is done via CrashWith, the Reservation Payout Assurance is automatically applied and activated. The Reservation Payout Assurance is for the Room Captains and Room Guests who want the peace of mind that the Reservation Payout Assurance Benefit provides.
If you don't want to use the Reservation Payout Assurance, there really is no incentive to transact using CrashWith. Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App are all options that are available to you.
A: The Reservation Payout Assurance is automatically applied and activated when the Guest pays for the space(s) from the Room Captain's listing using CrashWith's payment flow.
A: The refund is typically processed within 24 hours of the Guest cancelling the reservation. However, it may take longer depending on the payment method used.
